Who can launch: a wallet with a staked, unused Strat Pass
Cost: Pons fee (0.0005 ETH) + your opening buy (required by Pons, any amount; the tokens are yours)
Limits: one launch per pass, one strat per collection
Trade tax: 1%–5% in ETH, you choose
Platform: 3% of the tax
Your pass: 20%–80% of the rest, paid to whoever holds the staked pass
Vault: the remainder buys floor NFTs (up to your max price), relists at cost + 10% or more, and every sale's profit buys back and burns the token.
