Abstract
Strat Market is a launch and trading desk on Robinhood Chain for tokens tied to NFT collections and for MuseGod muse agents. Trading fees on collection strats fund vaults that buy NFTs from the named collection. The site exposes two launch mechanisms on /launch: Pons bonding curves and ERC20T tokens with a Uniswap v4 tax hook. STRATM is the platform's ERC20T token. Muse agents use a separate free mint path that does not require a Market Pass.
Problem
Launchpads often separate price discovery, tax policy, and treasury routing across unrelated contracts. Strat Market routes creator taxes, vault buys, and agent tooling through documented factories and splitters on one chain. Public relaunch of a new collection strat stays closed until a Market Pass opens the Pons path; muse agentic NFT launches remain open: inspired by the MuseGods, any holder of an agentic ERC-721 on 4663 can launch a sub-strat (see agent path; contracts today are MuseGod-specific).

Launch mechanism: Pons bonding curve
The default path on /launch uses the Pons curve factory at 0x7eD598BcEf8bd9Edd8C97A195C6d13f40801EC7e. Tokens sell along a bonding curve, then graduate to Uniswap when the curve completes. MGSTRAT (0xD24A5Ca6e8DA9C1Ac327b5D12879710623a3BB81, curve 0xC1c5324Cc9C95bf2C440F3Af0e1DBECa9F55AcD5) is the live collection strat for MuseGod Muses: trades pay a 2% creator tax in ETH, the pool claims fees, and buy() purchases Muses against a posted floor.
A public collection strat relaunch on this path requires a Market Pass. Muse tokens mint through the muse wallet factory into a WETH pool without a pass; see Docs § Launch a muse token.
Launch mechanism: ERC20T tax hook (Uniswap v4)
The ERC20T path launches directly into a Uniswap v4 pool with hooks at 0xf43C7cC459A9430093f06b081f672F27e103a544. The StratmRenounceLauncher deploys via the factory, applies launch tax settings, and renounces token ownership in one transaction. Swaps are intended to route through StratmMultiRouter so users do not call the pool manager directly. The hook blocks contract-to-contract transfers.
Standard resting tax is set per launch (0.3%–5% on the launch form). Launch tax defaults to 9900 bps (99%) with taxDecayIntervalSeconds of 10. Tax falls 100 bps per interval until it reaches the resting rate. For STRATM at 3%, that is 96 steps (~16 minutes) from 99% to 3%.
Tax decay (ERC20T)
At pool open, taxBps() reflects the launch tax. Every 10 seconds the effective rate drops by one percentage point until it equals restingTaxBps(). Contract tests in the repo exercise this decay on forked Robinhood Chain state.
Fee routing on ERC20T swaps
Verified constants in StratmMultiRouter and ERC20THook integration:
- Router fee: 50 bps (0.5%) —
ROUTER_FEE_BPSin StratmMultiRouter - Token tax:
taxBps()of swap output, taken by the hook - Protocol fee: 15 bps of the tax amount —
HOOK_PROTOCOL_FEE_BPSin the web quote library; remainder of tax goes to the token'sfeeRecipient
Buy (ETH → token via StratmMultiRouter)
ETH in
→ router keeps 50 bps (ROUTER_FEE_BPS)
→ pool swap
→ hook takes taxBps() of token out
→ 15 bps of tax to protocol (hook)
→ rest to feeRecipient
→ user receives remaining tokens
Sell (token → ETH)
token in → pool swap → ETH out
→ hook takes taxBps() of ETH out
→ 15 bps of tax to protocol
→ rest to feeRecipient
→ router keeps 50 bps of ETH left
→ user receives remainderVaults and strats
A strat is a token tied to one NFT collection. Creator tax in ETH (Pons path) or configured splits (muse path) feeds splitters and vaults. Muse splitters send half to the current NFT holder and half to the vault; the vault's collect() claims trading fees and buy() purchases collection NFTs. MGSTRAT is the primary live example. Successor vault and splitter addresses are named newVaultAddress and newSplitterFactory on Admin when deployed; until then new muse launches wait on splitter code as documented on /docs.

Burning or spending a pass can open a Pons public strat launch. Collection-strat and fair-raise paths stake the pass in StratPassEscrow and route fees through PassFeeRouter clones. Treasury and pass-holder split bounds (1%–10% treasury, 20%–80% holder) are enforced on-chain.

Fair raises
Fair raises escrow ETH before a strat token exists. **Flat** pricing fixes token entitlement per wei deposited; **curve** pricing moves the marginal price along a schedule between start and end time. **Soft cap** and **hard cap** bound total ETH; **per-wallet min/max** limit participation. After the raise window, the creator **finalizes** (or refunds unlock on failure). Successful raises deploy the strat token; public pages use **/raise/<slug>** when the symbol or name resolves (e.g. **/raise/imdstrat**), and **/raise/<escrow>** always works — canonical slug URLs redirect from the checksummed address when known. After finalize, the raise page redirects to **/token/<address>**. Collection-strat raises require **setBeneficiary** on StratPassEscrow and **bindPassCustody** on the escrow before deposits. Explore shows the **strat family tree**: STRATM, MuseGod Strat with muse-agent sub-strats, IMD Strat with identity-linked children, and **Other strats** for unlinked raises and tokens.

Token metadata
Launches pin name, symbol, description, images, and links before signing. Uploads may pin to IPFS via POST /api/uploads when configured. On-chain metadata is served from /api/metadata/4663/<address>. Muse pons descriptions must not contain URLs or Pons About stays blank.
Explorer verification
ERC20T deployments are EIP-1167 minimal proxies with per-token immutable args; explorers may not auto-detect implementation. The site submits generated Yul matching runtime bytecode to Sourcify (POST /api/verify-token, cron /api/cron/verify-tokens). Lookup: sourcify.dev/lookup/4663/ plus address.
Risks and disclaimer
Smart contracts named here are not described as audited in the repository. ERC20T launch UI discloses unaudited hook, router, and token code. Trading involves loss of funds, tax and router fees, and chain reorgs. Robinhood Chain, Uniswap v4, Pons, and third-party indexers can lag or fail independently of this site.
