The 1.5% platform cut is for the Market Pass treasury. Pass royalties go to the same place. STRAT is a later claim on those fees, and it is not live.
Floor Lot and Terminal Lot are the live treasuries, read from Robinhood testnet. A route market is a simulator: one messenger, one remote collection. NAV is the reserve plus the mark on inventory.
