We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of any NFT collection, artist, marketplace, chain, or token that appears in a lookup, thesis, vault, or launch—including Credits, visualizevalue / Jack Butcher, OpenSea, TokenStrategy, PunkStrategy, Quotron, StonkBrokers, Pons, Uniswap, LayerZero, Chainlink, Robinhood Chain, or any contract a deployer pastes. Names and links only identify public records. A deployer’s thesis is their text, not ours.

The contracts and interface are experimental. They have not been audited. We intend to complete several independent audits before the public may launch strategies on the platform. Until that gate lifts, deploy, mint, and permissionless launch may stay closed or limited. An audit does not mean you cannot lose money.
You talk to contracts, not a custodian.
Connecting a wallet, swapping, staking, voting, launching, or signing an offer is a direct onchain action. We do not hold your keys. Transactions can fail, sit in a bridge or Seaport order, or become irreversible. Keepers, solvers, and modules can be wrong or offline.

Counsel has not named a governing law or venue. Terms and Privacy are not published. Accept on connect, launch, stake, vote, and trade still means Disclaimer v1.
