Live platform fee flow

On Robinhood mainnet (4663), protocol ETH from the ERC20T hook and the identity pass vault converges on one adaptive splitter. Strat pass fees on legacy routers are unchanged; this page is the platform leg only.

ERC20T hook (0xf43C7cC459A9430093f06b081f672F27e103a544): swap protocol fee 0.15% (15 bps) is sent to protocolFeeRecipient, wired to the splitter.
IMD identity SafeFeeVault (0x303943f6412ACf9e493c68B4e9867A8eB264006c): 20% of IMDSTRAT's trading-tax share (vault leg) forwarded via feeDestination to the same splitter.

Splitter → buyback (today)

AdaptiveBuybackFeeSplitter (0x7659b36970B340df61f2547483DBBbf88ba92e0B, Sourcify) starts at 100% buyback bps (10_000). Incoming ETH is split between:

Buyback leg → StratmBuybackAccumulator 0x316e2d9944B2556d19DAeD8903f7b33b8d09EAF4 (STRATM market buys).
Remainder leg → protocol Safe (0xC008193AE0840298682db74E898B320Ff1b3d5d3) once rolling-window tiers step buyback share down.

Ops (read-only on Vercel)

Live protocol stats (/stats, GET /api/stats) aggregates fee events, splitter disbursement, buyback burns, and TVL from chain 4663.

GET /api/platform-fees/diagnose returns rolling-window min/max mcap, sample count, target tier, and when checkpoint() is eligible. The daily cron GET /api/cron/stratm-buyback-status returns the same JSON (auth: CRON_SECRET). Neither route holds a key or sends transactions.

checkpoint() and applyTier() are permissionless. Run them from a local keeper wallet or self-hosted cron — not from Vercel env vars.
